Locked out?

On weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 8.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., one of our employees will open your front door if you have locked yourself out. Please contact the Hotel reception building 9928 or call us on +49 6782 17 1000.

Outside our opening hours and at weekends, you can reach our emergency service on +49 6782 17 1010, which will be forwarded to a mobile phone. Please understand that in this case we have to charge a fee of €75.00.
